Workout of the Day: Olympic Training 4

NeverEver's!

So here is the final week of the Olympics! I thought to add some of the soccer (football) players workouts. I do have a question though...soccer has a 'World Cup' why are they also in the Olympics? Now don't get me wrong, I like to watch it, but it is a question that has been on my mind.

Anyways, this workout is brought to you by Shannon Boxx's Workout! You can find the article here: Shannon Boxx

Workout of the Day: Olympic Training 3

Hey NeverEver's

Todays Olympic Post is about the Swimming Team's Member Kim Vandenberg! Now I will admit, I am NOT, very good in the water. In fact I like the shallow end because I can touch the ground. However, that there are such graceful people out there that make swimming for effortless.

Here is the article Kim Vandenberg

Hope you are inspired as I am on the latest Team USA swimming landslide wins! Maybe we can't swim like them, or maybe you can, but I think we can take the idea of the Olympics and put it into our workout!

So NeverEver's you ready to do an Olympic workout? I am sure we will ALL be feeling the burn!

Workout of the Day: Olympic Training 2

Hey NeverEver's!

So since there are so many different Olympic sports out there...and even more wonderful athletes to follow. I decided that during the Olympic season each of my workouts would have something that has been taken from these healthy people!

And don't forget to cheer for you team / country for the London Olympics 2012! Of course I am full TeamUSA but I did have to cheer for TeamRussia on the Gymnastics last night.

Okay NeverEver's so get out there and move. Try some of these moves or your old favorites. Doesn't matter the more you move the less you are sitting down!

Good Afternoon NeverEver's,

As I am sure ALL you know today is the opening ceremonies for 2012 Olympics. Not sure how the United Kingdoms is going to beat what China did in the last Olympics but they say they can do it!

So during all this Olympic fever, I thought might as well try out some Olympic style workouts!

Here is one from the Hopeful Gymnastic Alicia Sacramone!
